Jane Hammons is trying to break her flash fiction habit (so far no luck) and finish writing a novel. When she’s not writing, she’s teaching writing at UC Berkeley. She received a 2010 Derringer Award for a story that appeared in A Twist of Noir. Her fiction has also been published in Crimespree Magazine, Verbicide Magazine and Hint Fiction: An Anthology of Stories in 25 Words or Fewer (W. W. Norton 2010).
